Millionways Studios is a multi-level mixed commercial and residential layout with clean open plan design. Built with high ceiling glass windows, there is plenty of natural light making it look and feel bigger (not that it’s not already big enough). Two living spaces, courtyard, bedrooms (converted shooting spaces), garage, rooftop and the main commercial space at the ground floor - there are endless (dare we say million ways) to create at this multifunctional space.

You will join photography partners who use the space for photoshoots.

Mondays & Fridays are currently available. 4/5 days a month for AED 6,000. Our standard commercial rental is 2500 for half day or 3,000 full day so you are getting an amazing deal!

Host and invite your clients, stage shoots, create contents, use as space for team catchups/brainstorming.

3-months commitment paid monthly (cheque every 5th of the month).
